Ecommerce Operations Manager Full-Time | Remote | Amazon-Focused Ecommerce Brands We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Ecommerce Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations for two ecommerce brands. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing Amazon FBA/FBM logistics, coordinating product listings, and handling operational workflows across the business. You will work directly with the founder and with existing partners (warehouse, Amazon account, contractors) to ensure smooth operations, accurate listings, timely replenishment, and an efficient, well-managed backend. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand ecommerce logistics, and can manage multiple moving parts without needing constant direction, this role is for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Amazon Operations Manage all Amazon Seller Central operations for both brands. Ensure correct variations and product listings are active and optimized. Monitor suppressions, stranded inventory, and listing errors. FBA & Inventory Management Create FBA shipments and replenish out-of-stock items. Pull excess inventory from FBA when needed. Coordinate shipment and inventory flow with warehouse partners. Categorize returned products and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor stock levels and forecast replenishment timelines. Ensure products remain in stock across all ASINs and variations. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination Work with warehouse partners to: Receive and store products Prep and ship FBA replenishment Maintain proper SKU-level organization Handle returned and defective units Product Listings & Content Support Upload new product listings and variations on Amazon. Ensure compliance with Amazon requirements (photos, copy, specs). Coordinate with contractors (e.g., content creators) to upload updated assets. Quality Control & Compliance Review customer complaints and address listing issues. Monitor for negative trends in reviews or performance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation, SKUs, and product data. General Ecommerce Support Keep all ecommerce-related accounts organized and accessible. Manage email accounts or shared inboxes related to Amazon operations. Support basic marketing coordination (not strategy—execution only): Uploading content Managing assets Ensuring campaigns are properly updated Cross-Functional Work Work directly with the founder on operational tasks, priorities, and weekly objectives. Coordinate with the Executive Assistant when scheduling or administrative support is needed. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA required, FBM preferred). Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, inventory, and logistics. Ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and work independently. Experience working with warehouses, 3PLs, or fulfillment partners. Familiarity with product listings, variations, and backend settings. Comfortable in a fast-paced founder-led company. BONUS EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE) Experience with Shopify or Walmart Marketplace. Experience working with supplements, health/wellness products, or consumables. Light marketing support experience (uploading content, coordinating freelancers). Basic knowledge of Amazon ads, PPC, or listing optimization. Experience Growing an Ecommerce Brand ROLE IMPACT & PURPOSE This position ensures the daily engine of the ecommerce brands runs smoothly. You will be the person who keeps inventory flowing, listings updated, shipments organized, and operations on track, freeing the founder to focus on growth and strategy.
