Ecommerce Operations & Store Manager (WooCommerce / SEO / Product Catalog / Operations)

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Ecommerce Operations & Store Manager to help manage and scale a growing WooCommerce-based ecommerce business in the renewable energy and technology industry. This is NOT a simple product upload role. We are looking for someone who can help organize operations, maintain catalog quality, improve workflows, communicate consistently, and support long-term ecommerce growth. The ideal candidate should think operationally, communicate daily, stay organized, and help reduce management overhead rather than create more confusion. Responsibilities Manage daily ecommerce operations Product uploads and updates in WooCommerce Organize categories, attributes, tags, and product structure Maintain SKU / MPN consistency Inventory spreadsheet management Product quality control (QC) SEO-friendly product formatting Maintain clean catalog organization Help improve workflows and operational structure Coordinate with developers and suppliers when needed Identify issues proactively instead of waiting for direction Help maintain Merchant Center readiness Support shipping/inventory organization Daily communication and progress updates Requirements Strong WooCommerce experience Ecommerce operations experience Strong organizational skills Excellent communication Attention to detail Ability to work independently Spreadsheet and inventory management experience Ability to follow structured SOPs Reliable and responsive daily communication Long-term mindset Preferred Experience Renewable energy / solar / battery / electrical products Merchant Center Ecommerce SEO structure Product identifiers (SKU / MPN / GTIN) Large product catalog management CRO / ecommerce UX awareness Important We are building long-term ecommerce infrastructure and operational systems.
