Ecommerce Order Processing & Customer Management Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Ecommerce Order Processing & Customer Management Specialist with excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Core Responsibilities (Upon Completion of Training) - Order processing and fulfillment - Customer support and inquiry handling - Issue resolution - Returns, exchanges, and claims management - Record keeping and documentation - Process improvement Additional Responsibilities (3–6 Months into the Role) As you become more familiar with the role, you'll gradually take on additional responsibilities, including: - Maintaining and updating process flows (SOPs) - Reporting and data analysis - Conducting training when needed - Updating product knowledge -Supporting inventory management - Managing returns and claims databases Note: Core responsibilities are expected immediately after successfully completing training. Advanced responsibilities will be introduced gradually during your first 3–6 months. Training Program Successful applicants will begin with a 4-week paid training program designed to assess fit for the role. Training Allowance Week 1: $30 Week 2: $50 Week 3: $70 Week 4: $100 Additional Details: - Training groups consist of 3–5 participants. - Weekly written evaluations are required. - Attendance is mandatory. - Participants who do not meet weekly evaluation standards will not receive that week's allowance and their training contract will be terminated. - Upon completion of training, the top two performers will be offered a regular contract. Working Hours (Pacific Time) Ecommerce Specialist Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM 40 hours per week Ecommerce Agent Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (spread out) Up to 25 hours per week Benefits We value long-term team members and offer: Performance-based incentives | After one year of service: - 5 Sick Leave (SL) days - 5 Vacation Leave (VL) days - 4 double-pay holidays - Select time-and-a-half holidays - No "no-work/no-pay" deductions for team members who are logged in and working as scheduled.
