We are looking for a creative, fast, and highly dependable all-in-one post-production editor (fluent in English) to join us for a long-term partnership. Scope of Work: Each video is an average of 90 seconds featuring 1 interviewee + B-roll footage. As our solo post-production expert for each project, your responsibilities will include: 1. Video Editing & Assembly (Cutting based on brief) 2. Color Grading 3. Titles & Simple Motion Graphics (Logo animations, lower thirds) 4. Stock Music Selection & Audio Mix 5. File Management: Project backup for a minimum of 1 year (must send files back to us if you plan to clear storage). Workflow & Technical Details: Raw Files & Resolution: Raw footage is shot in 4K (~50 GB per project), but final editing/export is in Full HD (1080p). Detailed Briefs Provided: You will receive a clear, exact creative brief for every video so you don't have to waste time figuring out the storyline—we guide you precisely. Turnaround Expectations: 1st Draft: Delivered within 4 days of receiving the raw files. Who We Are Looking For: 1. English: Excellent command of English (spoken and written for subtitling/communication). 2. Reliability & Communication: Strict adherence to deadlines, prompt responses, and strong attention to detail. 3. End-to-End Skillset: Experienced in full post-production pipelines. Compensation & Paid Trial Term: Package Rate: $5,000 for 25 videos (to be completed within 1 year, though likely much faster depending on volume). Paid Trial Period: To ensure a mutual fit, the first 2 videos act as a trial. If either side decides not to move forward after 2 edits, we will pay $300 total for those 2 videos and close the project.
