Editor for Seed-Stage Investor Business Plan — EdTech ($3M Raise)

We're a pre-revenue EdTech startup raising a $3M seed round. We have a complete 13-section investment memo (~50 pages in Word documents) covering problem, solution, go-to-market strategy, technology, market opportunity, team, financials, risks, and the ask. What we need: - Professional editing for clarity, consistency, and investor impact - Fresh eyes to catch awkward phrasing, weak transitions, and buried leads - Feedback on what lands and what doesn't from an investor's perspective - Final deliverable: edited documents with tracked changes + summary of feedback What we DON'T need: - Rewriting strategy or content (that's done) - Design or PowerPoint conversion (separate project) Ideal candidate: - Experience editing investment memos, business plans, or pitch materials (seed/Series A) - Understands how investors read and evaluate fundraising documents - Fast turnaround (1-2 weeks) - Bonus: B2B SaaS or EdTech experience To apply, please: 1.
