About the Role: Schedule qualified meetings with private and charter school administrators in North Carolina. This role measures success by confirmed appointments booked—not calls made. What "Confirmed Appointment" Means: - Decision-maker (principal, director, administrator) answers or responds - Agrees to specific date/time on calendar - No voicemail-only outreach Your Job: - Contact decision-makers via phone/email using the provided school lists - Position our accredited teacher workshops (university CEU credits) - Track all dials, conversations, and confirmed meetings in a spreadsheet - Follow up until you get a yes, no, or a scheduled callback - Record calls using Google Voice (free) or similar—share weekly recordings for coaching and quality review. Monthly Targets: - 300-400 dials per month - 20+ meaningful conversations per month - 8-10 confirmed appointments per month 30/60/90 Day Benchmarks: - Month 1: 300+ dials, establish rhythm, document all touchpoints - Month 2: 20+ qualified conversations, 5-6 confirmed appointments - Month 3: Full cadence—300-400 dials, 8-10 confirmed appointments monthly Success Metrics: - Dials made (tracked weekly) - Conversations held (decision-maker engaged) - Confirmed appointments on the calendar - Conversion rate (conversations to booked meetings) - Responsiveness and follow-up discipline Compensation: - Base: $300/week - Bonus: $100 per confirmed appointment (paid weekly) - Potential: $400-500/week with full KPI attainment Your Background: - B2B cold calling or school outreach experience preferred - Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up - Detail-oriented, self-tracking capability - Organized, reliable, coachable
