Educational Video Editing

I have a set of raw clips that needs to be shaped into a polished educational video. The goal is to deliver clear, engaging content that holds a learner’s attention from start to finish. Footage is already recorded; what’s missing is the cohesive flow—tight cuts, smooth transitions, lower-third titles, royalty-free background music, and accurate on-screen captions. Scope of work • Arrange and trim footage into a logical, easy-to-follow sequence • Add motion graphics and callouts to highlight key concepts • Insert subtitles (English) for accessibility • Balance audio, remove background noise, and level volume • Export the final file in 1080p H.264 plus an editable project file I primarily work with Premiere Pro, so receiving the final project in that format is ideal, though DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut deliverables are fine too if everything is neatly organized. Acceptance criteria • Final runtime falls between 6–8 minutes • No abrupt cuts or lingering silent gaps • Text overlays free of spelling errors and timed within ±0.3 s of speech • Audio peaks stay under –3 dB; no noticeable hiss or hum • Delivered within five days of kick-off Creative suggestions—whether it’s a different pacing style, color grading approach, or graphic treatment—are welcome.
