Summary

I'm the author of a premium Grades 3-5 math practice workbook series. The materials were drafted with AI assistance and now need an expert human verification pass before publication. I need someone who can verify every problem and answer key, confirm grade-level alignment, and judge whether the work will land with real elementary students. AI makes math errors that look plausible, so I need a careful human who catches them. The four things you'll check on every page 1. Accuracy. Every computation, every answer key, every worked example. Catch wrong answers, broken problems, and items where the key is internally consistent but mathematically wrong. 2. Alignment. Grade-level appropriateness and coverage against the standards I provide (TEKS, Florida B.E.S.T., Common Core). Flag anything off-grade or mis-sequenced. 3. Engagement. Is each problem set appropriate and motivating for a multi-age 3-5 classroom that includes students below grade level and neurodivergent learners? Flag anything dull, confusing, or pitched wrong. 4. Consistency. Terminology, problem formats, level labels, and notation stay uniform across the series. Deliverable A tracking log: location, the issue, the category (accuracy / alignment / engagement / consistency), and your recommended fix. You flag and document. You do not edit the files directly (they're generated from source). You will be doing the final QA for three different math workbooks and the lessons that go along with them. Required -Strong elementary math content background (Grades 3-5 teacher, math specialist, or curriculum editor). You can verify arithmetic and fractions fluently and spot a wrong answer key instantly. -Proven proofreading discipline against a style guide. -Meticulous, sortable error tracking. -Elementary teaching experience; curriculum or educational publishing editorial experience. Applications without this will not be considered.
