Email Copywriter (eCommerce) | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role We are a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency looking for a talented Email Copywriter to join our team full-time. If you have a strong understanding of customer psychology, can research a brand deeply, and know how to write persuasive email copy that drives sales, we'd love to hear from you. Compensation: $500/month Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Location: Remote Responsibilities: Write 8 high-quality email copies per day Manage copywriting for 7–8 eCommerce brands Conduct in-depth audience and brand research Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and account managers Follow feedback and client instructions to continuously improve copy Requirements: At least 1 year of email copywriting experience Excellent written English Strong understanding of customer psychology and buyer behavior Experience researching brands and adapting to different brand voices Ability to work independently while meeting daily deadlines Preferred: Experience writing for eCommerce brands Familiarity with Klaviyo email marketing Understanding of promotional campaigns and automated email flows Hiring Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete: A paid or unpaid copywriting assessment based on one of our client brands. A brand research exercise using our template. A short copywriting test. A 4-day trial period before joining the team full-time.
