Email Deliverability Expert - SPF/DKIM/DMARC Setup Across 6 Domains (Google Workspace + Hostinger)

Description: We're a creative production group with 6 domains across two email stacks, preparing for cold outreach via Apollo. We need an email authentication expert to verify, fix, and upgrade SPF, DKIM, and DMARC across all six - working alongside our marketing ops coordinator, who will grant access and learn the maintenance side from your work. The environment: 3 domains on Google Workspace mail with DNS managed in Kinsta (Amazon Route 53) 3 domains on Hostinger mail with DNS in Hostinger hPanel SPF and DMARC records already exist on all six; DKIM status varies. Two Google domains are at p=quarantine, the Hostinger three are at p=none Apollo will send from these domains - its SPF include and DKIM keys need to be added correctly Two domains are warmed and actively sending - changes there must not disrupt deliverability Deliverables: DKIM enabled and verified on all 6 domains (Google Admin + Hostinger) SPF records consolidated correctly (no duplicate records, under 10 DNS lookups, Apollo include added) DMARC upgraded on all six to at least p=quarantine with rua reporting enabled All domains showing green/verified in Apollo's deliverability check A one-page summary of what was changed per domain, so our team can maintain it You'll work with our coordinator over screen-share or with delegated access - we will not hand over registrar credentials.
