Email Deliverability & M365/Google Infrastructure Specialist (EmailBison Setup)

We are looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure and Deliverability Specialist to set up new Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants from scratch and connect them seamlessly to EmailBison. Our previous specialist noted that while Google is relatively straightforward, Microsoft 365 is actively filtering our outreach and requires advanced configuration. We need someone who deeply understands M365 account configuration, anti-spam policies, and how to maintain strict DMARC alignment so our emails actually land in the inbox. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables • Tenant Creation & Setup: Spin up new Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenants properly optimized for outbound sending. • DNS & Authentication: Implement and verify flawless SPF, DKIM, and strict DMARC alignment across all sending domains. • M365 Advanced Configuration: Configure Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Defender for Office 365, and outbound sending limits to prevent Microsoft from throttling or blocking our new tenants. • EmailBison Integration: Correctly connect and authenticate the new Google/M365 tenants to our EmailBison sending platform. • Deliverability Optimization: Set up tracking domains, monitor initial sender reputation, and provide a clear protocol for warming up these new assets. Requirements • Proven track record of building cold email infrastructure that achieves high deliverability. • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center, exchange architecture, and navigating Microsoft's strict spam/quarantine filters. • Deep understanding of DNS records, MX records, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment protocols. • Experience working with EmailBison (or similar multi-account cold email platforms like Instantly/Smartlead).
