Email Deliverability Specialist (Keap / Infusionsoft)

Email Deliverability Specialist (Keap / Infusionsoft) We’re looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to help improve and maintain deliverability for our email marketing systems, primarily using Keap / Infusionsoft. This role will start part-time (a few hours per week), but could grow into a larger ongoing role for the right person. We run a well-established investing education business with a large email database and regular webinar campaigns. We want someone proactive, detail-oriented, technical, and highly experienced with email deliverability best practices — especially within Infusionsoft/Keap environments. ## What You’ll Help With * Improving inbox placement * Reducing spam/promotions tab placement * Domain reputation monitoring * Keap/Infusionsoft email deliverability optimisation * Email authentication setup and auditing: * SPF * DKIM * DMARC * BIMI (bonus) * Monitoring blacklists and reputation * Managing list hygiene and engagement segmentation * Identifying spam traps, bot leads, and low-quality contacts * Advising on sending practices and warming strategies * Improving webinar/email campaign deliverability * Helping reduce unsubscribe/spam complaint rates * Advising on infrastructure and sending domains * Setting up monitoring/reporting systems * Working with our existing automations and campaigns ## Experience We’re Looking For Strong preference for someone with experience in: * Keap / Infusionsoft * ActiveCampaign / ConvertKit / HubSpot / similar ESPs * Deliverability tools and monitoring platforms * Large list management * Webinar/email marketing businesses * Technical DNS configuration * Email compliance and best practices Bonus if you also have experience with: * Make.com * Zapier * CRM automation * Lead scoring * Facebook lead generation funnels * AI-assisted reporting or automation ## What Matters Most We care more about: * proven results * deep expertise * clear communication * reliability * proactive thinking …than formal qualifications.
