iGaming Email Marketing & CRM Specialist

**Job Title: iGaming Email Marketing & CRM Specialist** We are looking for an experienced **Email Marketing and CRM Specialist with specific knowledge of the iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino industry** to build and manage a complete player acquisition and conversion strategy for an established online gaming project. We already have: * A MailWizz email marketing panel * A dedicated SMTP server * A structured database of potential players * Tracking and affiliate systems * Existing casino and sportsbook offers The selected specialist will be responsible for setting up the email marketing infrastructure and developing a strategy designed to convert eligible contacts into registered players and first-time depositors. ### Main Responsibilities * Configure and optimize MailWizz * Review the SMTP and sending infrastructure * Set up domain authentication, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC * Improve email deliverability and sender reputation * Organize and segment the database by country, language, activity and player profile * Review data quality, consent and compliance before launching campaigns * Create automated email funnels for: * Player acquisition * Registration conversion * First-time deposits * Welcome campaigns * Bonus communication * Abandoned registration recovery * Re-engagement of inactive users * Write or coordinate high-converting email copy * Create subject-line and content A/B tests * Set up campaign tracking using UTM parameters and conversion events * Measure registrations, deposits, FTDs, conversion rates, bounce rates, spam complaints and revenue * Provide regular reports and recommendations * Protect the sending domains and infrastructure from spam issues and blacklisting ### Compliance Requirements All campaigns must comply with applicable privacy, gambling advertising and responsible gambling regulations. The specialist must work only with legally usable, appropriately sourced and, where required, consented contact data. Campaigns must include: * Age and geographical restrictions * Clear unsubscribe mechanisms * Responsible gambling messaging * Suppression lists * GDPR and applicable email marketing compliance * Exclusion of restricted countries and self-excluded players We are not looking for indiscriminate bulk mailing or spam campaigns. ### Required Experience Please apply only if you have proven experience in at least one of the following sectors: * Online casino * Sports betting * Gambling affiliates * Gaming CRM * High-volume email marketing Experience with MailWizz, dedicated SMTP infrastructure, deliverability monitoring and iGaming conversion funnels is strongly preferred. ### Initial Project Deliverables The first phase should include: 1. Audit of the database and current infrastructure 2. MailWizz and SMTP configuration 3. Deliverability and domain reputation setup 4. Database segmentation strategy 5. A complete 30-day email marketing plan 6. At least three automated email funnels 7. Email templates and copy 8. Tracking and reporting dashboard 9. Initial controlled test campaign 10.
