We are a small, distributed team that moves fast and cares deeply about doing things right. We already have plans, frameworks, and SOPs in place. We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every day. We are looking for someone who can step into a role, learn the system, and then start driving ideas forward on their own. ## Our Mission To help overwhelmed founders, pressured leaders, high performers at a crossroads, and entrepreneurs navigating constant change turn pressure into purposeful action, so they can create the life and impact they actually want. ## Our Vision To build a lasting ecosystem of content, community, and coaching that carries Brianna's words forward, one person at a time, long after any single event or keynote ends. ## The Role We're hiring an **Email Marketing Operator** to design, craft, manage, and grow email marketing for two of our three brands: TNS and CYA. This is not a "write a few emails and send" role. This is ownership of a channel. You will work inside Klaviyo (email execution) and Pipedrive (our CRM, currently being finalized across our Podcast Guesting, Speaking, and Coaching pipelines) to build flows, campaigns, and sequences that move people from first contact to loyal customer or client, all while staying true to our brand voice. You will work closely with our existing team, including our Content and Messaging Strategist and our Operations Coordinator, and you will have access to our brand voice guides, story assets, and content frameworks so you're never starting from a blank page. ### What You'll Own - Designing and building email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo for both TNS and CYA - Writing and adapting email copy that matches our established brand voice (first-person, flowing paragraphs, no filler, no hollow AI-sounding phrases) - Managing list segmentation, tagging, and hygiene across both brands - Building and refining automated sequences (welcome flows, nurture sequences, launch sequences, post-purchase flows, re-engagement) - Working inside Pipedrive to understand how email supports our sales pipelines and where handoffs happen - Tracking performance (opens, clicks, conversions, list growth, unsubscribes) and reporting on what's working - Testing subject lines, send times, and formats, and using results to keep improving - Keeping every email on-brand: no em dashes, no bullet-heavy prose, no bold-for-emphasis, consistent tone across TNS and CYA even though they speak to different audiences - Documenting your own workflows and contributing to our SOPs as you find better ways of doing things ### Tools You'll Use Daily - **Klaviyo** (email build and automation) - **Pipedrive** (CRM and pipeline visibility) - **ClickUp** (task management, using our `BRAND | Page | Task` naming convention) - **Slack** (team communication) - **Google Drive** (asset library and file naming conventions) - **Claude** (AI-assisted drafting and ideation, within our brand voice guardrails) - **Whiteboard tools** (Miro/FigJam or similar, for mapping customer flows and journeys) ### Who You Are - You have real experience running email marketing in Klaviyo, not just "I've used it once." Flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability basics, all of it should be familiar territory. - You're self-driven. We'll give you the plan, the SOPs, and the brand guardrails. You take it from there and start bringing ideas once you understand how we operate. - You can write clean, human copy and also adapt to a voice that isn't your own. Following brand voice rules matters more here than showcasing your own style. - You're comfortable working with a CRM (Pipedrive experience is a strong plus, but not a dealbreaker if you're a fast learner) - You're organized enough to manage two brands' worth of email calendars without dropping the ball on either - You communicate proactively. If something's blocked or unclear, you say so early, not after a deadline slips. - **Philippines-based candidates are strongly preferred** for this role, given our team's working rhythms and overlap needs. ### Nice to Have - Experience working with a founder-led or personal-brand business - Familiarity with speaking, coaching, or apparel/mindset brand spaces - Experience mapping customer journeys or flows visually (Miro, FigJam, Whimsical) - Comfort using AI tools like Claude to speed up drafting without losing voice consistency ## Hours and Rate - **Commitment:** Part-time to start - **Rate:** Hourly, in the $8 to $15 USD/hour range depending on experience level, open to discussion for the right fit - **Structure:** This can grow into a longer-term retainer or increased hours as the role proves out and as our email volume grows across both brands We're flexible on the exact structure for the right person. If you're the kind of operator who takes ownership and drives results, hours and rate can grow with the role. ## Long-Term Opportunity This role has real room to grow. As we scale our sales pipelines (Podcast Guesting, Speaking, Coaching) and continue building out our content engine, email marketing becomes more central, not less. Someone who does this well has a path toward: - Increased hours and scope (potentially adding CYL.T community emails down the line) - Deeper involvement in customer journey strategy, not just execution - A long-term working relationship with a growing brand ecosystem, not a one-off contract ## How to Apply Please include: 1.
