Email Outreach Specialist

We’re building IntegriX - an AI-powered SaaS platform helping asset-intensive companies: - Maximize asset lifespan - Reduce downtime and maintenance costs - Digitize inspections and defect management - Improve collaboration between internal teams and contractors We work with industries such as: - Oil & Gas - Mining - Construction - Energy & Utilities Role: Email Outreach Specialist (Part-time) We are looking for a detail-oriented specialist who will own the cold email outreach process and help generate qualified conversations with target prospects. What you will do: - Research and source target contacts and accounts - Write personalized cold outreach messages that feel relevant and human - Build, test, and optimize outbound email sequences - Execute outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups - Handle replies and qualify potential opportunities - Research prospects and tailor messaging where needed - Maintain accurate CRM tracking in HubSpot - Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified meetings - Continuously improve outreach performance through testing and iteration What we expect: - Experience with cold email outreach (B2B preferred) - Strong written English (Intermediate+) - Experience with tools like Hubspot. - Ability to write short, personalized, non-spammy outreach messages - Proactive mindset and attention to detail - Bonus: experience in SaaS, AI, or technical industries
