Email Signatures for M365 Organization

Job Title: Email Signature Designer – Image Versions (Red/Black/White Brand Theme) Project Overview: We need professionally designed email signatures for our team and shared mailboxes at Precision Deployment Services (PDS). We have an existing signature design (attached) that we love as a style reference, and we want the new signatures to match our brand closely. What We Need: Redesigned email signatures based on our existing design, with two background versions delivered for each signature: Version A – White Background: White base with red and black text/accents (clean, professional look for standard corporate email) Version B – Dark/Black Background: Matches the existing design style (bold, high-contrast look for external outreach, proposals, or team preference) Both versions should maintain the red and black brand color palette, the server rack photo on the right side, and consistent layout: logo top-left, name/title/contact center-left, services icons along the bottom, server image right. Layout Note: The bottom tagline row (currently reads: LIFE CYCLE REFRESH | IDF BUILDS | RACK & STACK | CUTOVERS | NATIONWIDE SUPPORT) should be removed entirely from the new design. The services icon row above it (Data Center Deployment, Structured Cabling, etc.) should remain. Deliverables per signature (×2 versions — white and dark background): PNG/image version (high-res flat export) Editable source file (PSD, Figma, or Illustrator) with both color themes, so we can add new team members ourselves in the future without hiring a designer each time Vector files for all icons and graphic elements used in the signature so assets remain sharp at any size and can be reused or modified going forward Quantity: We will provide a list of names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses for individual team members and shared mailboxes. Estimate 10–20 signatures total (exact count TBD, pricing should be per-signature or flat for a batch). Brand Assets We'll Provide: Reference signature image (attached) Logo files if needed (logo is visible in the reference) Full list of names, titles, direct numbers, and email addresses Requirements: Strong portfolio of email signature or branded graphic design work Ability to deliver an editable source file so we can self-serve future additions All icons and graphic elements must be delivered as vectors (SVG or AI) so everything stays crisp across all uses Attention to brand consistency — the final product should feel like a polished, premium upgrade of the attached reference Nice to Have: Experience with IT/tech/data center industry branding Ability to suggest minor layout improvements while staying true to the brand To Apply, Please Include: 2–3 examples of email signatures or branded graphics you've designed Your per-signature rate or flat batch rate for both versions Estimated turnaround time What would you remove from the reference signature per our instructions?
