Email expert to transition emails to Office 365 from Exchange (and other email platforms)

Summary

Need help transitioning about 100 emails (copying down current contents) and putting them on a new Office 365 account. This is the main project. I can also use your help transitioning other IMAP emails between providers. If you have MSP experience for Microsoft tenancies where you can guide me also that is a plus.
