This person is the welcoming face of our company and plays an important role in helping new team members feel proud and excited to be part of our journey. Responsibilities * Welcome new employees to and represent The Expat Tours. * Host engaging onboarding and welcome calls. * Introduce the company’s mission, values, and vision. * Share the founder’s story and what makes The Expat Tours different. * Build excitement about the journey ahead. * Help new team members feel confident, supported, and connected. * Answer general questions about the company and onboarding process. * Conduct friendly check-ins during the first month. * Celebrate milestones and encourage continuous learning. * Represent the professionalism, warmth, and culture of The Expat Tours in every interaction.
