The content already exists. We need an expert to refine it. Scope of Work * Review the existing employee handbook. * Remove unnecessary, duplicated or low-value policies. * Ensure the handbook reflects Australian employment best practice for a private allied health business. * Ensure the handbook is appropriate for a business operating: * Physiotherapy clinic * 24-hour gym * Pilates studio * Retain only the policies that are genuinely important from an employment and HR perspective. * Identify any important gaps and add only those that are necessary. * Ensure the handbook is practical and easy for employees to understand. * Professionally rewrite sections where required. * Improve the structure and flow of the document. * Professionally format the handbook with consistent branding, headings, icons and layout so it looks like a premium company document. * Deliver both an editable Microsoft Word version and a print-ready PDF. Ideal Experience * Based in Australia. * Extensive HR experience within Australian employment law. * Experience writing employee handbooks and HR documentation. * Experience with allied health, healthcare, fitness or similar industries is highly desirable. * Strong document design and formatting skills. * Excellent written English.
