Employment Hero Specialist Needed | Build & Optimise Employee Onboarding, Training & Workflow Automation We are seeking an experienced Employment Hero specialist to help us design, build, and optimise our entire employee onboarding and training framework within Employment Hero. We are a growing restoration and insurance services company and require someone who can implement best-practice workflows that create a seamless employee experience from recruitment through to onboarding, training, compliance, and ongoing development. Scope of Work: • Configure and optimise Employment Hero setup • Build end-to-end onboarding workflows and automation • Create role-based onboarding checklists and tasks • Configure contracts, policies, forms, and document workflows • Set up inductions, compliance requirements, and probation workflows • Develop training pathways and learning modules • Create automated reminders, notifications, and approval processes • Integrate best practices for employee lifecycle management • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability Requirements: • Demonstrated experience implementing Employment Hero • Strong understanding of onboarding, HR processes, and workflow automation • Experience designing training and compliance frameworks • Ability to recommend and implement best-practice solutions • Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience within service-based, trade, construction, or restoration businesses is highly desirable.
