Employment Lawyer (US | Ad Hoc Advisory | Hawaii Expertise Required)

We're an early-stage startup looking for an experienced US Employment Attorney to provide ad hoc legal support as needed. You'll advise us on employment-related matters, including: Drafting and reviewing offer letters and employment agreements At-will employment compliance Multi-state employment law questions Contractor vs. employee classification General HR and employment law guidance Requirements Licensed US attorney Strong experience with multi-state employment law Hands-on expertise with Hawaii employment law (required) Experience supporting startups or fast-growing companies is a plus Responsive and comfortable providing practical advice on discrete matters without a retainer This is an ongoing, as-needed consulting engagement. We're looking for someone we can rely on for timely, pragmatic legal advice as our team grows.
