Energy Load Design for Hotel

I have multiple architectural and electrical drawings of a large hotel/conference center. There is an additional large arena next door that I only have a site walk through video of. I need a Trane Trace 3D or an Equest load design for all. You will primarily set up the model: create rooms, equipment, lighting, operating hours, temperature setpoints, wall and roof construction. I intend to take your setup work and finish it. Or, we will work collaboratively. In other words, we might trade the model back and forth, or ideally, work in a web shared file, (Dropbox?) until the work is done. Main goal is to develop a calibrated load design against actual utility bills.
