The ideal candidate delivers personalized one-on-one online coaching in Conversational English, Business English, workplace communication, interview preparation, public speaking, presentation skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary development, reading comprehension, writing, professional email writing, and cross-cultural communication. For younger learners, the coach should create fun, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing through games, storytelling, role-playing, and engaging activities. Responsibilities include designing customized learning plans based on each learner’s goals and proficiency level, conducting engaging virtual sessions, providing constructive feedback, monitoring progress, and using practical, real-world scenarios to improve fluency, confidence, and communication effectiveness.
