English Customer Service Agent

Picky, a leading K-Beauty platform, is looking for a fast, responsive, and proactive freelance Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll be the frontline voice of Picky — communicating with content creators and customers through email, chat, and social media. Speed and quality matter equally here: we need someone who stays on top of their queue and never lets a message go cold. What You'll Do Respond promptly to customer and creator inquiries via Intercom, email, and social platforms Maintain quick response times and keep conversations moving to resolution Collaborate with our internal team via Slack Participate in onboarding and training sessions Requirements Fluent in English (written and verbal) Strong communication skills — clear, warm, and professional Fast typist who thrives in a high-volume, real-time support environment Experience with Intercom or similar live chat/helpdesk tools Previous customer service experience required Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement Available full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday Compensation Starting pay: $3.00/hr Performance-based pay increases
