English-Japanese Translator for SaaS

We're looking for a native Japanese localization specialist to help us localize Voog, our SaaS website builder and CMS. This initial project is relatively small, but we're hoping to find someone we'd enjoy working with on future localization projects as our platform evolves. The project consists of two parts: • Translating our website homepage (approximately 500 words / 100 strings) • Reviewing AI-generated Japanese translations for public-facing CMS strings (approximately 2,500 words / 650 strings). These include texts visible on customers' websites, such as form submission messages, blog labels, checkout texts and other interface strings. All strings are provided in Excel (.xlsx) files. We can provide screenshots and access to a test environment so you can see the strings in context. For the homepage, we can also provide access to a test version of the page if needed. We'd like to work with someone who: - is a native Japanese speaker - has experience localizing websites or software - writes natural Japanese rather than literal translations - pays attention to terminology and consistency - is comfortable asking questions if something is unclear Please tell us a little about your localization experience and include your proposed price for this project. If you normally charge separately for translation and AI post-editing, feel free to include both. While this is a small initial project, we're looking for someone we can work with on future localization updates as we continue developing our platform.
