We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with fluency in Spanish to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our clinic's growth and outreach efforts. Position Overview: As a Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our clinic's reach and strengthening relationships within the Spanish-speaking community. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct cold calls and engage with potential patients, referring physicians, and community organizations. You will be the face of our clinic, showcasing our services and commitment to quality healthcare. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct cold calls to identify potential patients, referring physicians, and community partners. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners. 3. Educate potential clients about our hospital's services and benefits. Provide information on healthcare options, insurance, and appointment scheduling. 4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeted outreach. 5. Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: 1. FLUENT in ENGLISH and SPANISH (both verbal and written). 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or a related field. 4. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills. 7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 8. A passion for healthcare and a commitment to our clinic's mission. 9. Available to work 40 hours per week, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST.
