Sales Closer (Commission) — Audit, Improve & Close for a Childcare Marketing Agency | AU Based We're a Sydney-based digital marketing agency specialising in Meta and Google Ads for childcare centres. We've got a strong offer, a proven proposal, and a sales process that's already ~80% dialled in — we want someone sharp to take it the last mile and run with it. This is a three-part role: Audit our sales process. We'll give you access to plenty of call recordings and our existing proposal. First job is to review what we've got, tell us where it's leaking, and tighten it up. Appointment set. Book qualified calls with childcare centre owners and operators. Close. Present our paid advertising solutions and convert leads into clients. You'd be representing our brand directly, so we need someone who comes across polished, switched on, and easy to trust on a call. What we're after: - Australian based (non-negotiable) - Excellent spoken and written English - A genuine closer — you can sell and you enjoy it - Flexible, coachable, and proactive — happy to improve a system, not just follow one - Presents well and sounds professional on camera/phone - Bonus if you've sold marketing or B2B services before The details: - You'll be selling Meta and Google Ads management to the childcare industry in Australia Strong, well-structured offer with big upside and a clear value proposition - Heaps of existing call recordings to learn our pitch and customers - Commission based, 10–15% depending on experience and how much of the process you can own - Call frequency currently 1–2 per week (slow period), with more volume as we scale ad spend. Plenty of room to grow into something consistent.
