Summary

Compensation: Hourly rate + commission bonus for each booked meeting We're seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a BDR at PlaybookUX, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to how our platform can transform their user research process. Tool stack - Nooks for cold calls (parallel dialing) - Hubspot for CRM - Slack for internal communications About PlaybookUX PlaybookUX is an all-in-one user research software platform that empowers teams to recruit participants, conduct studies, and analyze insights. We help companies gather feedback on their websites, products, prototypes, concepts, and all digital assets. Who you are - 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience is a plus) - You have demonstrated a track record of meeting and exceeding your quota - You excel at outbound prospecting - Incredible communicator (written and verbal) - Friendly, engaging, and professional - Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills What you’ll do - Serve as the initial contact for prospective customers - Schedule qualified demos for the Account Executive team with UX researchers, Product Managers, Designers, and other key decision-makers - Track and manage activities in our CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions - Outbound prospect new customers through phone. - Become a product/industry expert - Overcome prospect objections You will need to bring your own computer.
