Epicor ERP Consultant & Developer – Manufacturing Domain (Customization & Design)

JOB TITLE Epicor ERP Consultant and Developer Manufacturing Domain Customization and Design ABOUT THE PROJECT We are seeking a highly skilled hands on Epicor ERP Consultant with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector to assist with system design advanced customisations and optimisation. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of manufacturing workflows and a proven track record of tailoring Epicor to align with complex operational requirements. You will be working closely with our team to bridge the gap between business processes and technical execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES System Design and Architecture: Analyze current manufacturing workflows and design scalable Epicor solutions to optimize production inventory and scheduling modules. Hands on Customization: Develop and implement technical customizations within Epicor including Business Process Management BPM Business Activity Queries BAQ custom code in C sharp and Dot NET UI UX modifications and Kinetic forms. Module Optimization: Align Epicor functionalities with core manufacturing processes such as MRP Job Management MES Configurator and Advanced Planning and Scheduling. Integration and Reporting: Design and build custom reports SSRS and dashboards to provide real time operational visibility. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify debug and resolve complex system issues performance bottlenecks and data misalignments. REQUIRED SKILLS AND TOP DEVELOPMENT COMPETENCIES 1. Epicor Expertise Mandatory: Extensive hands on experience with Epicor ERP Kinetic or ERP 10 and a strong understanding of upgrade architectures. 2. Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing environments including discrete or process manufacturing supply chain MRP and shop floor operations. 3. Epicor Application Studio: Advanced proficiency in building and altering Kinetic user interfaces and transitioning legacy WinForms into responsive web components. 4. Business Process Management BPM: Expert design of server side method directives data directives and complex validation logic. 5. Business Activity Queries BAQ: Advanced skills building optimized multi table queries subqueries and Updatable BAQs. 6. C sharp and Dot NET Framework: Strong development skills inside BPMs UI logic and Epicor Functions Maintenance. 7. Microsoft SQL Server and T SQL: Deep database skills for writing complex queries diagnosing indexing issues and database troubleshooting. 8. SSRS and Dashboard Design: Ability to build pixel perfect SQL Server Reporting Services reports and interactive dashboards. 9. REST API and Integration: Experience with Epicor Automation Studio and API endpoints to connect third party manufacturing tools. 10. Product Configurator Design: Experience writing custom rules method structures and conditional inputs to generate dynamic Bills of Materials.
