Etsy Store Operations Manager – POD (Print on Demand) Spanish/English

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Etsy Operations Manager to take full ownership of our growing Print-on-Demand store. This is not a basic VA role — we need someone who thinks like a business operator, understands the POD ecosystem, and can drive real growth. What You'll Be Doing Store Performance & Metrics — Monitor and analyze store analytics, track KPIs, and report regularly to keep the business on track. Order Management — Oversee the full order lifecycle: ensure orders are processed correctly through Printify, track fulfillment, and confirm customers receive their products on time. Customer Service — Handle all customer inquiries, reviews, and disputes with professionalism and in a timely manner (English communication required). Product Research & Trend Hunting — Identify trending niches and designs using tools like eRank, Sale Samurai, or similar; stay ahead of seasonal opportunities. Mockup Creation — Create clean, appealing product mockups using Canva, Photoshop, or Printify's built-in tools. SEO & Listings — Write optimized titles, tags, and descriptions; upload and manage listings following SEO best practices for Etsy's algorithm. Documentation & Reporting — Keep all store data organized in spreadsheets (products, sales, trends, tasks). We run a clean operation and everything gets logged. Requirements Proven experience managing an Etsy store (POD experience is a strong plus) Solid knowledge of Printify and the POD workflow Familiarity with Etsy SEO and the platform's algorithm Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel Basic skills in Canva and/or Photoshop for mockup creation Bilingual: Spanish and English — our team communicates in Spanish; all client-facing work and store content is in English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Schedule & Commitment Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed Approximately 30 hours per week Long-term engagement preferred To Apply Please include in your proposal: Your experience with Etsy and/or POD stores (links or screenshots welcome) A brief description of how you would approach growing a store that already has sales Your availability and time zone
