Etsy Virtual Assistant – Product Research, SEO Listing Optimization & Canva/AI Design

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Virtual Assistant to help grow our Etsy shop. This role is focused exclusively on Etsy – we are NOT looking for experience with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other marketplaces. What you'll do: - Etsy product research and competitor/market analysis to identify winning products and niches - Etsy SEO and listing optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, attributes) using tools like eRank, Marmalade, or similar - Creating and optimizing new listings, including variations and renewals - Product/graphic design using Canva and AI tools (mockups, product images, listing graphics) Not part of this role: - Customer support / customer messaging - Amazon, eBay, or other multi-marketplace work What we're looking for: - Proven, dedicated Etsy experience (please share examples of shops you've worked on) - Strong Etsy SEO knowledge and familiarity with Etsy keyword/research tools - Confident with Canva and AI design tools - Detail-oriented, reliable, and good communicator We'd like to start with a small paid trial task (optimizing a few listings) before moving into ongoing weekly work.
