Event Photographer Needed for Prestigious Corporate Hall of Fame Dinner (Manhattan)

Project Overview A nonprofit professional association serving the global fixed income community, is seeking an experienced event photographer for our annual fund raiser Dinner in Manhattan. This event honors distinguished leaders in finance and brings together senior executives from leading investment banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, rating agencies, and other financial institutions. We are looking for a photographer who can capture the professionalism and prestige of the evening through a combination of candid event coverage, award presentation photography, and table shots. Event Details Location: Mid-Town Manhattan, NYC Duration: Approximately 4 hours Guests: Approximately 200 (20 tables) Budget: $1,200–$1,500 (Fixed Price) Event Type: Corporate awards dinner Photography coverage should include: --Registration and networking reception --Candid guest interactions --Cocktail reception --Awards presentation --Stage photography --Speakers and presenters --Executive group photographs --Overall atmosphere and event details Deliverables --250+ professionally edited high- & low-resolution digital photographs --Color correction and light retouching --Online gallery or downloadable files --Delivery within 3–5 business days --Commercial usage rights for marketing, website, printed gift books, social media, and press releases We're looking for someone with experience photographing: --Corporate events --Awards ceremonies --Galas or fundraising dinners --Conferences --Executive or VIP events Experience working with nonprofits, financial institutions, or professional associations is a plus.
