Corporate Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Consultant We are a growing festival travel and events company seeking an experienced consultant to help us build and launch a corporate sponsorship program for our events. We are looking for someone with experience securing sponsorships and partnerships for festivals, live events, travel, hospitality, nightlife, or experiential marketing. Project Goals The selected consultant will help us create a sponsorship program from the ground up, including: * Develop sponsorship packages and pricing * Create a professional sponsorship/media kit * Identify 100–200 potential brand partners * Research and locate key decision-makers * Build outreach email templates and sales materials * Recommend sponsorship strategy and pricing * Advise on long-term partnership opportunities * Assist with outreach and closing sponsorship opportunities Ideal Experience We’re looking for someone who has successfully secured sponsorships for: * Festivals * Concerts * Live events * Hospitality & travel brands * Consumer products * Experiential marketing campaigns Please include examples of sponsorships or partnerships you have personally helped secure and the approximate value of those deals. Success Looks Like By the end of this project, we want to have: * A professional sponsorship deck * Clearly defined sponsorship packages * A targeted list of qualified brand prospects * A repeatable outreach strategy ready to execute * A scalable sponsorship system we can use year after year to generate long-term revenue and strategic partnerships This project has the potential to become an ongoing consulting relationship for the right candidate. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strategic partner who can help us build a sustainable sponsorship program—not just secure one-off deals. Experience working with music festivals, live events, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. We value someone who can think creatively, build meaningful brand relationships, and create partnerships that deliver value for both our company and our sponsors.
