Summary

DayOf is platform that sells curated group experiences to corporate clients around their conferences and offsites. We are looking for an experienced event planner who can source, scope, and execute the actual experiences on the ground in multiple markets. Our focus is on the experiences around events. Think booking a private dining experience, or a yacht charter, or an exclusive custom food tour, or a sweet racetrack experience. Our basic criteria is that every experience must be able to be fulfilled by a single vendor. We are looking for someone who is an expert at sourcing, organizing, and delivering a premium experience in a repeatable way. ** What you will do ** - You will scope a group experience from group size, budget, dates, and the kind of experience the client wants. - You will source and vet local suppliers. - You will gather quotes and availability, then package the options into one clean proposal we can put in front of the client. ** About you ** - You have real experience in corporate event planning, DMC work, or destination experience production. - You can work fast and communicate clearly. - You hold a high quality bar. - You are comfortable working behind the scenes.
