Excel Expert Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Excel and financial modeling expert to help transform my existing cash flow and budgeting spreadsheet into a professional management dashboard. The foundation of the workbook is already built. I'm not looking for someone to build it from scratch, but to optimize, automate, and improve the overall structure and user experience. The workbook should automatically calculate and visualize our financial performance as data is entered. The project includes: Building a clean executive dashboard Automating calculations across multiple sheets Creating dynamic charts and KPI dashboards Improving formulas and workbook structure Cash flow forecasting Budget vs. actual tracking Revenue, expenses and profit tracking Lost revenue tracking Automatic summaries and management reporting The dashboard should be visually clean and easy to understand, allowing management to quickly get an overview of the company's financial performance each month. Ideally, you have experience with: Advanced Microsoft Excel Financial modeling Financial forecasting Dashboard design Power Query Pivot Tables Automation and scalable workbook architecture Please include examples of similar financial dashboards or Excel models you've built. I'm looking for someone who doesn't just execute instructions, but can also recommend improvements and build a professional, scalable solution that can grow with the business.
