I have several working spreadsheets that I use in my own operation, and I need an experienced template designer to transform them into polished, professional, sellable products for my audience.The content, data structure, and fields are already built — I'll provide everything. Your job is to handle the design, formulas, formatting, and polish that make these look and function like a premium $50–100 product rather than a homemade file.This starts with a paid one-sheet test (see below). If it goes well, there's ongoing work polishing the full set — and likely repeat work as I expand my product line.What You'll Deliver Final templates in both Excel (.xlsx) and Google Sheets Locked/protected formulas so buyers can enter data without breaking the sheet A clean dashboard/summary tab that auto-updates with charts and key metrics An "How to Use This" instructions tab so buyers can start immediately Branded design — my navy/gold color scheme, my logo in the headers, professional fonts Print-friendly and mobile-viewable formatting Required Qualifications Proven experience designing polished, sellable spreadsheet templates (not data entry) — portfolio required Advanced Excel skills: formulas, data validation (drop-down menus), conditional formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Dashboard design experience — turning raw data into clean, auto-updating summary views with charts Strong visual/formatting eye — professional layout, color, and typography Experience locking/protecting cells to safeguard formulas Google Sheets proficiency (I need both Excel and Sheets versions) Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications Portfolio of templates sold on marketplaces (Etsy, Gumroad, template shops) Experience writing clear in-sheet user instructions Automation experience (macros / Google Apps Script) — for possible future features Background in a records-heavy field (veterinary, healthcare, agriculture, logistics) — a plus, not required Your Role vs. Mine I provide: all content, the data structure, and the fields that matter to breeders.
