Seeking a skilled freelancer to rebuild an Excel mortgage loan serviceability calculator so it is cleaner, policy-controlled and pricing-enabled. Retain existing income and living expense logic, but rebuild new loan details, investment property treatment, negative gearing logic, fee capitalisation, pricing automation and liabilities. Investment purchases with a contract date on or after 12 May 2026 must not receive full negative gearing; instead, rental costs can offset rental income, and losses may only offset positive income from other residential investment properties.
