Excel VBA Developer

We are looking for an Excel VBA developer to build an internal IT support ticket tracking workbook. Deliverables A single Excel workbook (.xlsm) with four sheets: Clients – stores client information. IT Staff – stores IT staff information. Tickets – stores all tickets submitted through the UserForm. Dashboard – summarizes and analyzes ticket data. An Excel VBA UserForm to log new tickets that: Retrieves the Client and Assigned Staff from the Clients and IT Staff sheets. Saves each ticket to the Tickets sheet using a Submit button and includes a Cancel button to reset the form. Includes the following fields: Client, Contact, Category, Priority, Description, Assigned Staff, and Status. Auto-generated Ticket IDs. Dropdown lists for Status, Priority, and Category (lists will be provided). Dashboard with ticket counts by status, generated by one-click refresh button. Testing Include removable sample data to demonstrate all functionality. Requirements Strong Excel VBA experience (UserForms, macros, and formulas).
