Excel VBA and SQL Server Specialist Needed for Multi-User Accounting System Setup

We are looking for an experienced Excel VBA and SQL Server specialist to help us configure, troubleshoot, and fully implement an existing Excel-based accounting system across multiple computers. The system is already developed and documented. We are not looking for someone to build it from scratch. We need a hands-on technical specialist who can review the current setup, resolve connectivity and synchronization issues, and ensure that the entire system works properly in a multi-user environment. System Technologies The accounting system currently uses: - Microsoft Excel - VBA Macros - SQL Server Express - SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) - Power Query - Data Scripts - ODBC Driver - Multi-User Client-Server Architecture Project Goal The goal is to establish a reliable setup where: -One Server Computer hosts the SQL database. - Multiple Client Computers connect securely to the Server Computer. - Each department can access and use its assigned Excel forms. - Transactions entered from different computers are properly saved and synchronized. - Posted transactions are correctly reflected in the General Ledger. - Excel forms, macros, Power Query connections, and database workflows function consistently across all computers.
