*Executive Administrative Assistant & AI Operations Coordinator* This would likely be a nearly full-time role to start. Responsibilities would include: * Executive administrative support and calendar management * CRM management and follow-up workflows * Proposal and contract preparation support * Meeting preparation and coordination * LinkedIn content creation and scheduling * Social media management on my behalf * Newsletter and nurture sequence automation * Asana setup and project coordination * SOP development and documentation * AI workflow management and prompt libraries * Automation maintenance and process optimization * Conference logistics and travel coordination * Helping implement systems that allow the organization to scale The ideal person would be highly organized, proactive, comfortable with AI tools and automation, and able to operate with a high degree of trust, ownership, and discretion.
