Summary

Hi, I am seeking a reliable and organised Executive Assistant (EA) in Brisbane for my Real Estate Development Company. The role is a hybrid work of in-person and remote EA services including but not limited to: • diary, calendar, and appointment management; • email and inbox support; • travel planning and booking; • meeting scheduling, confirmations, agendas, and minutes; • data entry, filing, record keeping, and document management; • preparation of letters, reports, spreadsheets, proposals, forms, and presentations; • research, supplier liaison, follow-up, and general coordination; • support across property, investment, business development, fundraising, events, marketing administration, and related projects; • assistance with personal administration, errands, bookings, and scheduling as directed by the Client; and • any other reasonable executive assistant or administrative tasks requested by the Client. The EA must perform the services with due care, skill, diligence, professionalism, and in a timely manner. managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. This is a part-time position with a long-term engagement. SN
