Executive Assistant to CEO (Real Estate / Private Capital / AI Operations)

JDL Ventures is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving entrepreneur operating across multiple companies in real estate, private markets, capital raising, AI systems, and business operations. This is NOT a basic admin role. We are looking for someone proactive, highly organized, responsive, and capable of helping keep projects, phone communications, and operations moving efficiently on a daily basis. You’ll work directly with the CEO and coordinate with team members across multiple businesses to help manage calendars, communications, follow-ups, operational tasks, and execution. We value people who make things happen, not people who wait to be told every step. Preferred Location We are primarily looking for candidates based in: Latin America (preferred) Europe US-based candidates welcome Strong spoken and written English is mandatory. Candidates with little to no noticeable accent are strongly preferred due to phone communication responsibilities. Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus. Compensation $6–$8/hour depending on experience 30+ hours per week Ongoing/long-term opportunity Responsibilities Calendar management and scheduling Email management and inbox organization Phone calls and follow-up communication on behalf of leadership Coordinating with internal team members and external contacts Managing priorities and helping keep projects on track Organizing meetings, reminders, and action items Supporting marketing and operational initiatives Assisting with recruiting and operational coordination Helping leadership stay organized across multiple companies and projects Requirements Fluent English, written and verbal Comfortable handling both phone and email communication Highly organized and detail-oriented Responsive and reliable Able to work during normal US business hours Flexible for occasional after-hours tasks when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Able to think proactively instead of waiting for instructions Preferred Experience Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus, especially supporting: Entrepreneurs CEOs/founders Real estate businesses Investment firms Fast-growing companies Experience with the following is also valuable: Google Workspace CRM systems AI tools and automation Social media coordination Project management tools Administrative support Customer service/client communication Important We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and focused.
