Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to CEO

I’m the founder of a fast-growing AI company in Dubai, hiring a right hand who’s part executive assistant, part chief of staff. You’ll protect my time and keep my world in order and you’ll own real pieces of how the company runs. The work moves quickly, the team is distributed across several time zones, and a lot changes daily. I need someone who turns chaos into structure and drives things to done without being asked twice. The day-to-day (keep the trains running) • Calendar, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups • Inbox triage and drafting in my voice • Meetings: coordination, prep, notes, action items • Travel, documents, contacts, admin The bigger layer (chief of staff) • Run my operating cadence — weekly priorities, team meetings, agendas, and pushing decisions to close • Track open loops and action items across the whole team, not just mine, until they’re done • Own special projects end to end — the things I care about that don’t have an owner yet (key hires, events, office setups, partner programs, tooling) • Coordinate across a distributed team engineering, sales, ops and clear blockers before they reach me • Recruiting and onboarding: keep pipelines moving, schedule interviews, manage scorecards, get new hires productive fast • Investor and stakeholder comms: help prep updates, decks, and the data room, and keep diligence and follow-ups on track • Light business ops: track goals and KPIs, pull the numbers I need, and flag when we’re off course • Be a sounding board — someone I can think out loud with and hand ambiguity to What I need • Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll draft and speak on my behalf • Strong judgment and ownership: you know what to handle, what to flag, and what to protect, and you close loops without being chased • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can take a vague goal and turn it into a plan • Able to move teams, not just tasks — people respond to you • Fast, reliable, proactive, discreet • AI-native — I expect you to use AI tools daily; I care about your output and judgment, not whether you typed every word • Experience supporting founders, CEOs, or executives (chief-of-staff or senior EA / ops background is a plus) Details • Full-time • NDA; you’ll handle sensitive material — cap table, hiring, fundraising • ~$4,000/month to start, with room for more — and a path to grow into a full Chief of Staff seat as you prove out
