Executive Assistant / Client Success Manager — Business Funding Advisory

Centium Capital is a boutique business funding advisory firm based in New York. We help established business owners access $50K–$200K in unsecured business credit through a structured, done-for-you capital advisory process. We are hiring our first Executive Assistant / Client Success Manager to support our founder and manage client relationships end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, appointment coordination, and client success — you will be the operational backbone of our advisory practice. What You'll Do Confirm and follow up with inbound leads who book discovery calls — via phone, SMS, and email Manage the founder's calendar and appointment pipeline inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) Onboard new clients and ensure they complete intake steps on time Monitor active client progress through our advisory program and proactively follow up when clients go quiet or miss milestones Maintain accurate pipeline and client status records in GoHighLevel Coordinate with the founder on escalations, questions, and client updates Handle general executive assistant tasks: organizing communications, scheduling, and light administrative work Requirements Based in Central or South America — must work US Eastern or Central business hours Fluent, professional English — spoken and written (non-negotiable) Experience in a client-facing role: VA, CSM, appointment setter, or account management Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable following up persistently without being prompted Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for client calls Coachable and detail-oriented — our protocols are specific and you must follow them precisely Strong Bonus Background in business funding, business credit, lending, banking, or credit repair Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms Experience as an appointment setter or sales development rep in a financial services context Familiarity with US business formation, EIN, and business banking concepts Logistics Hours: Starting 20–30 hours/week, with a clear path to full-time (40 hrs/week) within 1–2 weeks for the right candidate Rate: $6–$10/hr depending on experience Schedule: US Eastern or Central business hours required Location: Central or South America only — no exceptions Start: Immediate How to Apply In your application, please include: A brief voice or video intro (Loom preferred) — we want to hear your English fluency and communication style before scheduling an interview Your relevant experience in client-facing or appointment-setting roles Any background you have in finance, lending, credit, or business funding (if applicable) Applications without a voice or video intro will not be reviewed.
