Executive & Personal Assistant – Federal Contracting & Project Management Support (U.S. Pacific Time) Location: Remote | 9:00 AM –:200 PM PST Reports To: President & CEO Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term About the Role TPG Solutions (SDVOSB) is seeking a proactive, self-managed, initiative taking, Executive & Personal Assistant with strong federal contracting and project management experience to support company leadership and proposal operations. This is a high-trust role for a self-starter who can take ownership, anticipate needs, and move work forward independently. You will support proposal development, government research, pricing coordination, and executive scheduling while helping manage timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across multiple federal pursuits. You are expected to add value from day one. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Federal Contracting & Proposal Support • Drafting RFP's • Track solicitations, amendments, Q&A, and deadlines via SAM.gov. • Research incumbents, past awards, and pricing using FPDS.gov and USAspending.gov. • Maintain proposal templates, compliance forms, and submission folders. • Draft submission emails, confirm receipt, and manage post-submission follow-up. • Support pricing and cost data entry for internal tracking. Project & Program Management • Build and manage proposal schedules, task trackers, and milestone timelines. • Coordinate tasks across leadership and team members. • Maintain proposal pipeline and deadline dashboard (Excel/Sheets). • Monitor progress and flag risks or delays early. Executive & Administrative Support • Manage calendar, schedule bid reviews, and agency calls. • Organize solicitation-based file structures. • Assist with limited personal scheduling and logistics as needed. Required Qualifications • 4+ years Executive/Administrative Assistant experience.. • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat skills. • Excellent written communication and attention to detail. • Available9AM–2PM PST minimum (6+ hours daily). ⸻ Ideal Work Style • Self-starter | Go-getter | Accountable | Proactive communicator | Organized Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly rate, performance-based bonuses, and growth into Proposal Coordinator or Operations roles. ⸻ To Apply Submit your resume.
