Executive Assistant / Investor Relations & Fundraising Specialist

This role involves managing communications, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with investor outreach, fundraising, and executive support is highly valued. CARLO DALI London is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Investor Relations Specialist to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This is NOT a traditional assistant role. We are looking for a highly intelligent, resourceful, persistent, and fearless individual who can help identify and connect us with investors, venture capital firms, family offices, private equity groups, strategic partners, and high-net-worth individuals globally. Your primary mission is simple: Help us secure investment and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities: • Research investors worldwide • Identify decision makers • Build targeted investor databases • Call investors, venture capital firms, family offices and advisors • Send emails and LinkedIn messages • Schedule meetings directly with qualified prospects • Follow up relentlessly • Maintain CRM and investor pipeline • Find opportunities beyond our existing target lists • Support strategic business development initiatives Requirements: • Exceptional communication skills • Strong personality and confidence on the telephone • Ability to speak with CEOs, investors and senior executives • Excellent research capabilities • Fluent English • Highly organized • Results-driven mentality • Thick skin and persistence • Ability to work independently without constant supervision Bonus Points For: • Venture Capital experience • Investor Relations experience • Fundraising experience • Luxury industry experience • Sales experience • Recruitment or executive search experience This role is ideal for someone who loves challenges, enjoys speaking with powerful people, and wants to play a direct role in building a global luxury brand.
