Position Type: Part-Time Remote (10–20 Hours Weekly) Compensation: Based on experience About the Opportunity AIRIK ART & ENTERTAINMENT CO. and Live From The Living Room are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the daily activities of Founder and Creative Director Eric Crawford. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The ideal candidate will help manage content operations, business administration, career development, project coordination, and organizational systems that allow the founder to focus on high-level creative work, education, and strategic growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping creative entrepreneurs, artists, educators, and community builders bring ideas to life. Responsibilities Executive Support Manage calendars and scheduling Organize email inboxes and communications Prepare documents and reports Conduct internet research Organize files and digital assets Maintain project trackers and databases Career Development Support Research employment opportunities Assist with job applications Track interviews and application status Maintain LinkedIn and portfolio records Organize resumes, certifications, and supporting documents Content Management Upload and schedule content using Buffer Manage TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content calendars Write captions and descriptions Create graphics and thumbnails using Canva Organize video archives and digital assets Track social media performance AIRIK ART & ENTERTAINMENT CO. Operations Maintain CRM and lead databases Track inquiries and client communication Organize proposals and invoices Manage project files and timelines Assist with onboarding clients Live From The Living Room Operations Maintain artist database Organize release forms and paperwork Coordinate scheduling and communication Track production deliverables Support event and project logistics Academic & Personal Organization Support Maintain calendars and reminders Track assignment deadlines Organize course materials and notes Create checklists and productivity systems Assist with travel planning and scheduling Help maintain a healthy work-life balance through organization and systems Software & Tools Preferred experience with: Google Workspace Notion Canva Buffer LastPass HubSpot or CRM software ChatGPT Google Drive Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Highly organized Detail-oriented Resourceful Self-motivated Tech-savvy Professional and trustworthy Comfortable working independently Interested in media, arts, education, and entrepreneurship Success in This Role Within the first 90 days: Content is consistently scheduled and organized Job opportunities and applications are tracked efficiently Business operations are streamlined Communication systems are improved Digital assets are organized The Founder has more time to focus on creative direction, education, client relationships, and strategic growth Mission Our mission is to tell meaningful stories, amplify culture, educate communities, and create opportunities through media, creativity, and authentic human connection.
