The Role We are looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Executive Assistant & Real Estate Content Coordinator to support our Managing Director and help drive our content and marketing efforts. This is not a traditional assistant role — you will be at the center of our operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and producing high-quality visual content that represents our brand across multiple channels. What You'll Do ▸ Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-ups ▸ Design professional marketing materials, property presentations, social media content, and investment decks using Canva ▸ Coordinate and manage real estate listings, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency across all platforms ▸ Draft and proofread client-facing communications, reports, and proposals ▸ Support lead generation workflows and CRM management ▸ Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency ▸ Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and keep operations running smoothly across multiple projects simultaneously What We're Looking For Must-Haves ▸ ★ Proficiency in Canva ▸ Strong creative eye — you care about how things look and why that matters ▸ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball ▸ Excellent written and verbal communication in English ▸ Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do next ▸ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Nice to Have ▸ Background or interest in real estate ▸ Experience with CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar) ▸ Familiarity with social media management and short-form content ▸ Experience supporting executives or senior leadership What We Offer ▸ A front-row seat to Miami's most dynamic real estate market ▸ A creative, ambitious team that moves fast and celebrates wins ▸ Remote flexibility with real growth potential ▸ A culture where your ideas actually get implemented ▸ Competitive compensation based on experience
