Position: Executive Assistant (Remote – Full-Time) We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support two entrepreneurs managing multiple businesses. This is more than a traditional administrative assistant role. We’re looking for someone who can help keep projects moving, organize priorities, follow up on action items, draft documents and emails, coordinate meetings, conduct research, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities * Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination * Organize and prioritize email communications * Coordinate travel and appointments * Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports * Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items * Conduct internet research and gather information * Update CRM systems and business records * Organize digital files and documentation * Assist with customer, vendor, and partner communications * Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to draft emails, summarize meetings, create documents, and improve productivity Qualifications * Excellent written and spoken English * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail * Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently * Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) * Comfortable learning new software and systems * Experience supporting executives or business owners is preferred Preferred Skills * HubSpot * Canva * Adobe Acrobat * Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools in a professional setting We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and wants to become a long-term member of our team.
