We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our AI-powered outreach and invitation strategy. Strong performers will be considered for ongoing work. Responsibilities • Run AI-powered workflows using Claude and other tools • Review AI-generated results for accuracy • Ask the AI to correct mistakes and improve outputs • Follow documented systems and processes • Deliver clean, organized final outputs • Upload information into our outreach systems • Report recurring issues and opportunities for improvement Requirements • Experience with assistant work • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools • Strong attention to detail • Strong English communication • Reliable turnaround time • Ability to work independently and solve problems Compensation • Flexible: hourly or per completed workflow To Apply Please share: 1.
